Making a reservation.
A 25% non refundable deposit is required upon booking.
The full balance must be paid 21 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 21 days of arrival the full amount will be payable at the time of booking. Bookings made during the month of August will be charged in full at the time of booking.
Payments by credit or debit cards and bank transfers are acceptable. Cheques will be accepted 21 days in advance.
Skylane Hotel Surrey do not offer holiday cancellation insurance and we would advise you to contact your own insurance company.
Occupants must not exceed the maximum number booked.
A surcharge of £50.00 shall be made in the event that keys are not returned.
Cancellations must be made in writing.
No pets (with the exception of guide dogs) will be allowed in the apartments.
Guests using our broadband internet access do so subject to our fair use policy and within the bounds of UK law.
Bookings cannot be transferred to an alternative date. NON-SMOKING
